OUR THEORY: Dancers seem to have quite the "luck" when it comes to their muscular structure, metabolism, and body type. Much of this "luck" has to do with working out muscles in a specific order. CREATE CONNECTIVITY teaches you, no matter if you are a boxer or a ballerina, how to be your strongest, tone your muscles, and feel your best! It may seem difficult to believe, but even after ONE session, feel the rewards of muscular connectivity and understand the benefits of wrapping your muscles around your bones and joints.
